4. Diagnostic Fulfillment & "Clean Baseline" Clause

SiteSignal AI functions strictly as an objective, automated diagnostic analysis engine, analogous to a medical laboratory scan or a building structural inspection. We do not manufacture artificial defects or fabricate negative scores.

If an audited website is already well-engineered (scoring 8.5/10 or higher), the validation, measurement, and confirmation of this healthy baseline constitutes full diagnostic fulfillment. Receiving an audit that confirms your web property is already well-optimized does NOT constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.
