1. Scope of Service & Scanning Authorization
SiteSignal AI provides automated, non-invasive heuristic conversion audits, DOM telemetry analysis, and executive evidence reports for public websites. By submitting a URL for analysis:
- You represent that you own, operate, or have authorized permission to audit the submitted domain.
- You acknowledge that scans are read-only and restricted to publicly accessible HTTP/HTTPS routes.
- You agree that SiteSignal AI will not be held liable for any pre-existing site anomalies or infrastructure instability.
2. Commercial Purchases & Deliverables
Commercial plans (Single-Page Deep Audit and Whole-Site Founder Audit) provide unlocked diagnostic scorecards, prioritized code remediation patches, and downloadable executive PDFs. All fees are processed through authorized Merchant of Record providers (Dodo Payments & Stripe) under standard commercial terms.
3. Fair Use & Crawler Depth Limits
Audits are subject to strict per-tier page limits (1 page for Single-Page tier, up to 20 pages for Whole-Site Founder tier). Automated scraping of the audit platform or bypassing rate limits is strictly prohibited.
